System restore

Hello there

I'm currently doing a system restore from a backup and it doesn't progress, its progress has been 20% since one hour, when the program finished the XML backup upload. My Jira keeps showing me:

Loading XML backup: Parsed 253.97 MB of 253.97 MB...

20% complete. 1 hour, 4 minutes, 11 seconds elapsed.

The backup height is 22 GB, is this normal?
