Tempo Timesheet - v8.6.1

Hello Team,

Please provide a solution to this.

  • When a team member is no longer working in that team, we unmap the user from the team group. But when I do it, I am not able to view the hours logged in by them for the time period they have worked before.
  • The max time period to run tempo reports is two months, quarterly will be good to get the metrics
  • No approval for internal labor in Tempo but approval for external labor.

Regards,

Andrews.

Hi @Prasad Andrews,

I think you may need a user to be part of team to view their logged hours.

For increasing the max time period, it seems as though you will need to export the data into an excel sheet.

An approval process on some projects and not others. It does not seem possible currently, however there is a similar request.

If you would like your requirements to be considered by the Tempo devs, why not submit a feature request to them.

Hope this helps

Thank you @[deleted]

Yes, I achieved 1st and 2nd points.

I have one more question:

  • Tempo for setting up accounts and Rate cards for budget tracking purposes.

Regards,

Prasad
