hi sreekanth

checklist:

  • is "test' issue type a part of project's issue type scheme?
  • is 'test' a Parent type Issue Type? You cannot create a sub-task using "Create" button, you need to use More -> Create Sub-Task command under Issue menu.
  • Does 'test' issue type have separate workflow? You may need to check "Create" transition for any restrictive conditions
