Teste licence for development enviroment

My name is Thiago Garcia, I'm employee at Nexxera Tecnologia e Serviços SA, one of your customers of JIRA.

We have a very dynamic business process focused on software development. Frequently we have to modify and test a lot of plugins, scripts and others features provided by Atlassian and your partners.

For we can do that with security, we have to do the development and a lot of tests at another enviroment than production JIRA.

There is some way where Atlassian provides a development or teste licence for this development enviroment? For this we'll need only a few users.
