Text search with Contains (~) is not giving correct results in JIRA Data Center v.8.20.12 where as same query is working on Server instance

text ~ "SIMPLE_ANALYSIS" or text ~ SIMPLE_ANALYSIS

Could you explain what you think is "not correct"?  Are the two systems working with the same data set (a copy of the database), and when you copied the database, did you run a full locking re-index on the system?  Have you tried re-indexing the system that is wrong?

Also, do you have any errors in the logs (I'm asking specifically for indexing errors), and are your indexers set up to stem from the same language in both  your Server and DC instances?
