Time interval between two states

I want calculate average time interval between two consecutive states in workflow in a project with defferent issues.This average time intervals are also based both asignee and status.

How should I do?

With some Excel skills, you can create this report using the Better Excel Plugin. Just customize the default workflow report with this time metric. When you have that time metric, create a pivot table with the AVERAGE() function.
