Greetings Atlassian Hive Mind:
I've been trying to get Jira Service Desk to send out email from a custom email address so that emails are received by our endusers from an email address from our domain. I have successfully completed all the domain verification's. (See attached images).
But when I go to the Notification Scheme section to edit the email address it says "Domain claim failed for this domain." I've tried searching all around and cannot figure out what could be wrong.
Does Jira need to authenticate to the email account (e.g., username and password)? If so then where do I enter that? I thought the domain verification work was to negate that need. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
