Trying to activate the <Start Date> field in Epic.

This problem is specific to a  certain SPK.  All other SPKs have the field activated.

What is an SPK?

Can you provide us with the exact steps you have executed to try to enable the field, and screen images of what you see?

The field needs to be available in the Field Configuration used by the project. The field needs to not be marked as Hidden in that field configuration.

The field needs to be added to the Create/Edit/View screens used by the issue type where you want the field displayed. You will find the names/links to those screens in the Issue Type Screen Scheme associated with the project.

To modify any of those items you must be a full Jira Administrator. If you are not, you will need to reach out to your Jira Administrator for help.
