I am unable to edit the Assignee or Reporter fields in tickets. No pencil icon shows up when I hover. This is happening for all members of the Service Desk Team group. This is a new project. This is only happening on one of several Service Desk projects. All others are working properly.
I am an Administrator in Service Desk. The default permissions haven't been changed. The Administrators role has permissions to Administer Projects. Both Administrators and Service Desk Team roles have all permissions under Issue permissions.
I've tested switching to a different permissions scheme and tried one from a project where it is working, but that didn't help.
I've gone through scenarios using the Permission helper, but that shows we have enough permissions.
I'm not sure where to look next. Any ideas?

Hi @Tim Peters, assuming you have those fields on the edit screen, can you change them through the edit screen rather than trying to change them on the view screen (pencil icon)?

I added those field to the edit screen and this fixed it. I can now edit from the main screen and the edit screen. I've never seen that before on all the other projects I have running.
