Unable to configure JIRA Timesheet Plugin On JIRA Cloud

Is the plugin in the above link free or a paid plugin?

Because when I try to configure this plugin in JIRA(Cloud) it is asking for a license.

If it is free how should I configure this?

If its a paid plugin how should I get a license for this and what is the pricing for this plugin?

Are there any other timesheet plugins that are free of cost?
