Unable to map to a custom field while importing from an csv file

I am importing values from an csv file - I am able to map all the values except one custome field - which i dont see in the drop down on custom field in the set up field mappings section. The custom field is of type multi select values - applicable to all global issues.

Hi, did you follow the documentation in https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Importing+Data+from+CSV? In particular, existing custom fields must be global to all projects.
