Unable to submit hidden request in Jira portal

Hi,

We are using URL to submit hidden form, but I get this error. "The request type you are trying to view does not exist." Can you please help me to modify the setting and make it work ?

Hi @Sushmitha 

Make sure the request type you have selected in the form, is also there in the Portal mapped to any request type

Can you include screenshots from the Portal view and forms configuration for the request type

Hi @Pramodh M ,

The request type is under "Hidden from Portal"  and it is not available in Customer Portal link.
