Which is resulting in downstream errors for our custom issue collectors. Names are allowed to be selected but the Update button generates errors in the console:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'name' of undefined
This is in Jira Project Management Software v8.10.1
Is it applicable for all browser? Is it possible to disable user installed add-ons and try it again?
You can also create a ticket to Atlassian Support if problem continues.

Hey @LaurieC we were able to solve this internally. The issue ended up being a permission issue which was resolved by reaching out to my domain’s Jira admins. Hope this helps.
