Unable to view Quick Create Gadget on Add Gadget page

Hi ,

We recently upgraded from 5.0.7 to 5.2.7. After the upgrade users reported that the Quick Create gadget is not visible to use. Anyone knows the cause of the problem. We have the Jira toolkit plugin already installed
