Uncaught QuotaExceededError: Failed to execute 'setItem' on 'Storage'

Hello all!!

Every time a specific user logins to Jira, user gets the attached error:

It is not affecting anything in user's daily operation.
User cleared browser cache twice, but the error still appears.
Is there any other solution or is it a bug?

According to Atlassian support 

It seems that the problem is a bug behaviour that exists in Jira 7.9.2..
