Unfortunately Jira system administrator tab deleted?How to recover tab?

Jira system administrator tab deleted. we only have jira adminstrator tab as showing in attachment. It impact to versions&lincense tab. It also disappeared. Can you please suggest how to recover all tabs.

The tab and options are not deleted but just cant be viewed as you do not have enough permissions.

You dont see the 'JIRA System administrator' options even in the global permissions because you do not have 'JIRA system administrator' permission.

The Jira System administrator global permission always has some group associated with it. It cannot be set to have no groups associated. 

So,

• Check whether you are jira-administrator or only testsysadmin.
• Check with the other administrator account whether they can see the options.
