Hi I have a grid type custom field called document reference in jira. In that I have 2 columns called ready for certification and date. When ever ready for certification is checked in date column should come up with today's date I.e the date in which it is checked will this be possible with automation?
Grid type do not exist in JIRA, it has to be added by an App, Which app is it ? You could review the app documentation to see if they have any support for automation.
