Upgrade JIRA Misc Workflow Extensions from 3.7.2 to 4.0.4

We have Version 3.7.2 installed on our testsystem and want to upgrade to version 4.0.4

are there any known incompabilities? or should the upgrade work seemless?

As long as you are running JIRA version 6.4 or above, the upgrade will be seamless. Note that, if you can, you should let the Manage add-ons page do the upgrade for you (instead of manually uploading the add-on JAR).
