Upgrading Apache and OpenSSL on JIRA

A recent vulnerability test was carried out and has identified that OpenSSL and Apache installed on JIRA server is out of date. The current Apache version on JIRA live environment is 2.2.10 . Is it possible to upgrade it to the latest stable version 2.2.22. We also plan to upgrade OpenSSL.

Will this upgrade affect JIRA in any way. We use JIRA 4.3.2

Upgrading Apache or OpenSSL shouldn't make any difference to JIRA, other than the possible outage during the upgrade!
