Upgrading ProForma Lite "quickly and easily" - what does this mean?

I just installed ProForma Lite, and went to its admin screen. There's a banner message on the admin screen, that reads:

Anyone know what the third bullet means?

You can upgrade quickly and easily without losing existing forms or form data

Could it be a reference to that you can update to ProForma Full without loosing existing forms? That's my understanding after reading the documentation for it, Upgrading from ProForma Lite to ProForma Full.
