Upgrading to Confluence 3.5.13

Is there a script that can migrate the users from our old instance of Confluence 3.1 to Confluence 3.5. I know the table structure changed and I am having trouble getting this to work correctly.

Hi Chritopher, you may create a script and import the users into Confluence 3.5 with Atlassian CLI Tool. You can see some examples in this doc.
