Upload add-on Missing link

I don't see any button/link called "Upload add-on", I am sure it was there before I did an import from my cloud version of Jir on-demmand .Wonder if that could be releated?

Make sure you have the JIRA System Administrator permission. In OnDemand, only sysadmin account has it.

Jobin pointed me in the right direction. My sysadmin credentials were overwritten in the import. There was a number of side effects from doing an import from ondamend to locally hosted. It would be worth looking at these before doing an import from ondemand to locally hosted.
