User cannot edit the configuration of jira project after creating the project.

Hi, As Jira admin I created a project with shared configuration and I added project lead and administrator for the same user, but he cannot able see the project, he is getting the error as below screenshot. thanks, in advance.

Make sure to double check the permission scheme for the project. One strategy would be to create a ticket within the project and then use the "Permission Helper" to see why this user cannot administrate/see the project.
