User give power of attorney to another user

In our company we use Jira Service Desk and some request need to be aprroved before reach to help desk. The approvers are sometimes absent because of vacation or else... 

So I need to give their authorization to another user who will act like him and aprrove the requests. But the user who goes to vacation can do this delegation to another user. I dont want to give authorization manually. 

Is there any way to solve this problem. Thank you for your attention....

OOTB you could consider having more than on approver at all times and an understanding in the team that one of them is always the primary except when on vacation. And of course your agents can bypass the approval if the WF is configured to allow.

You might have a look at an addon like out-of-office-assistant-for-jira-cloud It is intended for agents on vacation but maybe it manages approvers, unsure.

Thank you for your answer. But when i want to delegate a secondary approver, i dont know who will be. The main problem is we dont know who will be the second approver. It's up to person who goes to vacation. Second approver is changeable.

And the addon is good option for jira service desk team thank you , i will try.

Is there any addon like this for approvers to delegate somebody when they are absent?

The approvers are the users only, not a jira service desk agent with licence.
