Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.

You can use the 'Edit User Filtering' option available in the Configure custom field page for user picker fields. Users can be selected based on project roles or user groups.
Enable the filtering, choose the selection, click Add and hit Save.
