We have enabled user provisioning from Okta to Atlassian. The application on Okta application network used is JIRA Cloud (Atlassian). I do believe the provisioning accures via API call from Okta to Atlassian.
It appears the user is created for a moment, then somehow disapears from Atlassian side. the activation email is sent and confirmed.
Could you advice on the cause of this behavour?
SAML SSO is enabled between Okta and Atlassian.

Looks like a new user can not be fully created w/o the confirmation email from Atlassian. The new user has to be confirmed by an admin.
Question to Atlassian:
Is there a way to disable the confirmation email from Atlassian, so a new user can be created by Atlassain w/o an admin approval?
