Username is displayed instead of Full Name when the user is tagged in a JIRA comment. Need help!

Username is displayed instead of Full Name when the user is tagged in a JIRA comment. Need help!

While tagging a person in comment section, system displays Username after posting the comment instead of FullName.

My requirement is to chsnge the display name as Full Name instead of Username in comments sections. I am looking for the steps that needs to be followed to achieve this. 

I am using JIRA version 8.22.0
