×I have TEST project consists of 5 issue type i.e A,B,C,D,E. We have a group called Managers.
Requirement is user who can create issues with E issue type , that user can able to view only those issues and others cannot. But users who are in Managers group can able to view all issues.
We are on data center 9.4
Thanks.
Hi @Geethanjali S J ,
You need to make use of issue security levels.
Divide users into groups. For each group you can make a security level. Add the group Managers to all levels.
Next you need to make an automation rule. When an 'A' issuetype is created you need to set de A security level for that issue, the same goes for the other issuetypes and security levels.
Good luck!
Hi @Rudy Holtkamp Thanks for the response.. I am aware of issue security levels but I was bit confused how to configure in real scenario. Appreciated if you provide exact solution.
Thank you.
