Users can't view projects from the project drop down

tmera June 17, 2015

I've created a project, a group, added users, and added users to that group, and created permissions and roles for the project. But when one of those users signs in, she can't view projects from the project drop down.

I've tried removing all users, groups, project but to no avail.

Any help?

Does this user have the Browse Project project permission level in your recently created project?

Yes, she has permission under Browse Project. She is part of this group and the group's role in this project is user and that group's project role is user which has Browse Project permission.

The first thing to check is the Permission Scheme. Then double check the user role in the project. Lastly, make sure that the user is in the correct groups, including jira-users and its account is active.
