Users cannot view issues that they are added as a participant

Sait Erbil February 28, 2018

Hi guys, I have a group and I want them only see issues which they are included as reporter, assignee and participant. I removed this group from browse project permission and added "current assignee" and "reporter" to browse project permission, in this case it works very well. But I couldn't add "request participant" field to browse project. Any ideas?

Request participant is not a Core Jira field, it's a field for requests in Jira Service Desk.  It therefore can't be used in permission schemes.

You might be able to work around this with a custom multi-user-picker field into which you copy participants with ScriptRunner or Automation, and use that in the permissions, but I've not tested it, so I'm not sure.
