Users issues in project randomly disappeared this morning.

I received a ticket from an end user saying that she logged into her project today and all of her issues are gone. There are other developers working on the same project and they can still see all the issues. I have not come across this problem before and didn't see much when I did a search. Has anyone experianced this issue before or know how to resolve it?

I fixed this problem by reindexing JIRA. She logged back in and all her issues were back.
