We set up our customer portal, our set customers can view knowledge base article's through the portal.
In one of those articles we have set a query on logged tickets, which will be resolved in a certain fix version.
This is set so users can view when, or in which version a ticket or issue will be resolved.
This query cannot be viewed at the moment, and a extra login is shown, instead of the result.
Is this something that can work by setting permissions?, or is this only possible for users with a jira license to their account?
If the confluence page with the query contain an addon used for the query, I think this is the problem of the extra login.
