View screen is not in the correct order

Issue-Description is below Custom fields in view screen, even though the order is different in the actual screen configuration.

I assume a style sheet update is required to change the order. The View | Word exports in a different order, links before custom and description. I need some guidance on how to fix this.

Related question. Is there a way to increase the default text box size for unlimited text fields in the edit form? Again, I'm guessing it is a css update.

Hey there, Martin.

Have you tried to consider upgrading your JIRA instance to a supported version? According the Atlassian Support Offerings (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Support/Atlassian+Support+Offerings), JIRA 4.1.2 is no longer supported.

I would advice you to upgrade soon and if you still face issues after that, let me know. Good luck!
