Visibility of Transition properties

Eric C October 17, 2024

Hi,

I, as Project Admin, cannot see - let alone edit - the Transitions properties (Conditions, Validators, Post functions...) in our workflow, which is shared with other projects. One has to be JIRA / System Admin to see / edit that.
I understand I cannot edit / update the workflow and its transitions as I want, since it is shared with others, but I cannot even _see_ what's configured.
Is there a way to come around that problem?

/Eric

Hi Eric,

As a project admin you can only see the workflow diagram not the conditions/validators/post functions.

Those topics are restricted to jira-admin, site-admin role.

Hope this helps.

HI @Eric C

No only users with admin permissions are able to instigate these kind of modification
