Want to create Email based email scheme

Pushpkant February 20, 2013

Is it possible to set up alerts so that the user receives an email alert if they are not updating their defects accordingly?

Say

for URGENT issues Notification should sent to user if it is not updated in "1 Day"

for HIGH issues Notification should sent to user if it is not updated in "2 Day"

for MEDIUM issues Notification should sent to user if it is not updated in "14 Day"

for LOW issues Notification should sent to user if it is not updated in "30 Day"

Needs a spot of scripting and setting up filters (one filter per priority you've listed I'd say), but it's quite easy.

Oh, and you could also set up a subscription for those filters, but I find escalation better because it records the fact you've nudged the users.
