We are missing the attachment dropdown area in issuescreen

Hello everybody,

now we have installed the JIRA Drag and Drop Attachment Plugin.

We missing the Dropdown Area in the issuescreen.

But when we go to "More" we can make upload "Attach Files"

What can we do?
