We have upgraded DB from 2012 to 2016 facing issue with users
Hello,
Many of our users are having trouble accessing the user portal since yesterday’s database update. They receive an error “you do not have permission to view this portal” when they try to access the user portal
Jira is only seeing 172 members of the Jira_Users group and in AD the group has over 700 members.
