Webhook only sending events on "Issue Create"

We use Slack (www.slack.com) for intergroup communication and it support JIRA webhooks. I created a webhook in JIRA, specifying the slack URL, the JQL string I wanted to use, and checked "All Events". However it seems like I'm only getting notifications on the Issue Create event and nothing else (no issue modifications). Any thoughts on where to start looking to see if this is a JIRA problem or Slack problem? Thanks!

I 'm not sure how to test Slack, but you can see if your webhooks are working properly using http://requestb.in/.
