Hi Team,
I am trying the web hooks functionality in JIRA but I am not getting it correctly.
I have created one web hook in which URL specified is URL http://10.66.56.55:8080/rest/api/2/issue/IM-18/comment according to my JIRA licensed version.
My requirement is when an issue is being created or updated web hooks should fire an event to the other system that this activity is happening in JIRA
How can we achieve it, I am not properly getting web hooks usage and how to fire it? I have referred to every step in the below link but it is not working a expected:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA063/Managing+Webhooks
SEN-4455692 this is the SEN for our licensed version.
Thanks,
Nidhi
Hi Luciano,2.png3.png
When I am trying to update any issue it is not showing anything in the URL specified,
I have tried with the URL request bin is generating, I had added close issue transition for one project to the webhook. When I have closed one issuer in that project and accessed the URL it is generating response "OK" . What does it referring to?? URL part is not clear to me. PFA screenshots.
Thanks,
Nidhi

Once an issue is created or updated, what do you see in atlassian-jira.log file? Does webhook returns any error?
