Where is detailed/debug UPM logs? An error was encountered while updating this add-on

Please advise where can I find debug logs for UPM?

I receive this error (An error was encountered while updating this add-on) on each plugin and don't even imagine what can be wrong.

Recently I've upgraded JIRA from 5.2.8 version to 6.3.14.

It puts its logging into the application log, with everything else.  You'll want to read atlassian-jira.log
