Where to get source from to attach javadoc

Hi,

I am new to Jira. I want to know If there are any way to download the source for it and attaching javadoc to it in eclipse

You can only download the source code if you have a commercial licence (and you can't publish or share it with anyone who isn't licenced)

I'm not sure about the javadoc - there doesn't seem to be a huge amount of it.
