Hello All-
I've seen a few posts on this, but none of the suggestions seem to work.
This user has gotten email notifications for issues she's following for months and then randomly stopped. The emails aren't going to spam and there's been no known change to her settings, groups, etc.
Any ideas?
You need to also check the notification scheme for changes. Is she the only one?
Yep- she's the only one. Checked notification schemes and all looks good. I tested to see what she should be getting for a specific issue and it's showing she should be receiving emails.

Is her email an internal company one or outside? If outside the company may be blocking it inadvertently with a firewall rule. Otherwise I'd open an issue with Atlassian support.
