Why cannot use "Issue transitioned" trigger in Multiple issue events trigger?

Hi,

I'd like to create an automation rule that send an email when an issue is created or changes its status.

I'd use the multiple events trigger but it doesn't allow to add "Issue Transitioned" trigger. Why isn't possible?

Thank you,

Hello @Emiliano Visioli ,

Isusue transitioned event is outside of the multiples issue event as below.

So, you can update the automation trigger as issue transitioned then send mail, as below.

If you have multiple conditions, try to use the branch rules.

Hi @Emiliano Visioli ,

The multiple event triggers are low-level issue events since the issue transitioned is more bounded with workflow action. Here you can customize from and to status as well.
