Why does Portfolio for Jira filters out issues that should be part of my Roadmap?

Hi!

I'm an experienced Portfolio for Jira user, but face an issue that I can't seem to resolve. In my Portfolio Plan I have a set of Projects and Boards that are part of the issues sources. No specific filters are part of the issue sources.

When issues in the planned are moved to Done (Done status) the issue is directly not longer visible in the plan, although I've set the Completed Issues settings to 180 days. Below a screenshot of the settings.

In the plan itself I haven't enabled any filters which also doesn't clarify why issues are filtered out. I'm using Portfolio for Jira version 3.1.0 on Jira Version 7.13.0

I've created a new plan and added the original filters again. This seem to have solved the issue, since the issues have appeared in the plan again...

Hi Robin,

When you noted "No specific filters are part of the issue sources" are you saying that filters applied to the boards on the issue sources do not exclude any statuses?  As this behavior still sounds like issues being filtered out of the plan but is not coming from the board filters at the issue sources but rather the Plan specific filters.

My Primary suspect would be a status filter applied as the issues in the specific status are not shown, can you check the filter drop down on the Plan to see if there is possible a status filter applied like the following screenshot where the done status is excluded:

Let me know if this is the case.
