Why does projectconfigurator take me to a dead link when writing the simulated output

Joseph Pursel December 4, 2017

Hi,

When importing a complete project, actually it is 3 projects in one projectconfigurator generated export file, projectconfigurator finishes importing the project configuration, and shows 'Configuration Import Finished'. Then it takes me to a 404 page saying that Oops, you found a dead link. It appears to be writing the simulated output file when I get the error.

I am using version 2.2.3-J7 and JIRA Server 7.3.

Thank you for helping me,

Joe

Hi Joe,

That's a known error for that version. As you mentioned, it happens at the simulation phase if an import error is detected.
We recently released PC v2.2.4-J7, which fixes that 404-page problem alongside other changes.

Also, I noticed you contacted us through our awnaba support mail. We are now part of Adaptavist, so please use this service desk portal for future support requests.

Best regards,
José Rojo.
