I'm using markdown to create a list, some of which I want indented, but I can't get the indenting part to work. I've looked at Gruber's official syntax guide and several other guides and everything I've tried doesn't work. I'm trying to produce this:
List item 1:
Indented item 1
Indented item 2
List item 2:
Indented item 1
Indented item 2
What's the secret I'm missing?
Thanks
From what I know, you can only do indentation like that with numbered or bulleted lists.
So,
*List item 1 ** Indented Item 1 ** Indented Item 2
Alternatively, replace the stars with hashes (#) and you'll have a numbered list.
