Wiki Editor for JIRA in 6.4?

Is the Wiki Editor on https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/DEMO provided with an updated version of the Wiki Editor for JIRA Plugin (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-wiki-editor) or was this plugin merged to standard JIRA in 6.4?

This plugin was bundled into JIRA since JIRA 6.4 

Admins are still allowed to disable it through the Manage Add-ons page, under System Plugins.
