Wiki Renderer Macros Plugin doesn't work properly after JIRA was upgraded from 6.2.8 to the 6.4.11

IF
'Use HTML code within a JIRA Issue' module is enabled
THEN
All tickets which have html formatting in 'Description' and 'Comments' got totally broken.
Layout of the Jira Ticket page is completely distorted Ticket Main Menu has disappeared.
Has no possibility to assign or resolve ticket.
See attached screenshots.

Please note that disabling this module is not working for us, because we have and need this HTML markup in other Projects/tickets.
