Will HP ALM Synchronizer 12.55 supports JIRA V7.9.1 upgrade

hello, 

yes the Sync V12.55 will work with the version of JIRA you want.

note : better to use the latest version of sync plugin in order sync the data.

also, make sure that you have access to the JIRA website if you are trying to setup sync in the server because if you cant login to JIRA from server then you wont be able to connect from sync as well
