For older tickets the component/s is editable.
For new tickets it is readonly (no automplete renderer).
Same problem with Fix version/s
The problem was resolved by reconfiguring default screen (Administration...Issues...Screens...Default Screen...Configure.
Why it changed, we don't know.
Hello Stanislav,
Just to double confirm, is the new ticket is on the same JIRA project with the old tickets? Also, is both 'Versions' field set to None when edited?
As it looks that the symtoms looks like a new project which does not have Components or Version defined. If not, there might be a problem with your instance.
Regards, Julian.

Hello Stanislav,
Apologize that It took a while for me to get back to you. This is quite strange issue that you get as the value should be chooseable when creating an issue or editing it.
I would like to suggest you to reach out to our support engineers by raising a ticket in https://support.atlassian.comso we could see the problem in more detail. If possible, please provide a screen shot of the problem and any information that might could help us troubleshoot it.
Hope this helps.
